Siddhartha begins 2022 with new music and shares 00:00, the last single that he will reveal before releasing the rest of his new and sixth studio album this March.
00:00 is one of the most intriguing tracks included on this album because Siddhartha finds himself accompanied for the first time by a Mariachi band and brings in Mexican folk rhythms, something fans haven’t heard before from the musician and producer but that he managed to combine perfectly with his style and essence.
This song is accompanied by impactful video directed by Fabián de la Fuente and Cristóbal G. Camarena, who in collaboration with Siddhartha created one of the finest video clips in the musician’s career, where they depict a serenade in a timeless and mystical world.
The track was produced by Siddhartha, Rul Velázquez and Alejandro Pérez, recorded at Bubbler Studio and at the Sony Music studios in Mexico City, mixed in London by Eduardo de la Paz, and mastered in NY at Sterling Sound.
Siddhartha, an artist born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, has been nominated twice to the Latin Grammys for two of his previous albums and has confirmed that he will begin a tour to promote this new material. The first concert will be at the massive Vive Latino festival and he will then continue with more than 40 concerts throughout Mexico, among which will include appearances at festivals such as Pal Norte and Tecate Supremo. To this schedule he will also add a tour through several cities in the United States, Argentina, and Spain.
